I like traveling, reading, and cooking, but experimenting with new techniques with my painting and playing with words with my writing is what I love most.
Being basically lazy, the only sport I practice is walking in nature which helps me to put my ideas in order, find inspiration, relax and take my dog for a walk ...
I lived in Italy, Spain, UAE and now I live in the UK with my 3 children and my dog Maia.
My mission is to inspire and motivate those people who need to rediscover the strength they already have inside but have forgotten about, and encourage them to rekindle the vital spark that time and false beliefs have vanished.
